Technical standards

The technical standard is to quickly provide customers with products that "others don't have, and my technology is better than others" from the four generations of "application, storage, planning, and research". 1. Product-based production model

2. Grading production model

The cosmetics packaging manufacturing process is divided into several gradients, from large-scale assembly line production to multi-variety small batch production, according to the different production batches of single varieties and single batches. For orders with a batch size of less than 1,000 units, all-round employees and single-person operations complete all processes of "disinfection, filling, and packaging" and form corresponding system standards, which are suitable for small-batch customization of high-end customer products.

Production mode - Cell operation, professional processing

For orders with batches of 1,000-5,000 units, the scale is small, the production line is short, the process is subdivided, and 5 to 6 processes are composed of "cell units". Each employee in the unit can skillfully rotate to operate each process, reflecting the value of employees, and with the help of automated tools, the standardized cell operation can be easily copied. It is suitable for pilot production of small daily chemicals, new brands, and big brands, as well as the subpackaging production of professional line beauty products.

Production mode - assembly line, continuous production

For orders with batches of 5,000-20,000 units, in addition to the intermittent supply of contents, the packaging process is fully assembled, using automated and semi-automated production equipment, which is suitable for the packaging production of high-quality small daily chemical products with multiple varieties and stable orders, but small single-variety single-batch orders.

Production mode - automatic operation scale production

For orders with batches of more than 20,000 units, fewer varieties, and strong supply planning, a fully automated production method from emulsification to packaging can be adopted. According to product characteristics, a unique fully automatic production line is designed for large-scale production. It is suitable for the production of large daily chemicals and large-scale continuous operations of individual products.
